During the first part of the course, you will learn how to navigate difficult times and survive turmoil by creating strong personal foundations, drawing upon core values and fine-tuning your instincts to unlock solutions. More specifically, we will help you to navigate the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the unrest caused by recent global, political and racial protests. We will also introduce the CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) model – an indispensable tool to help you understand and manage how situations can trigger thoughts and emotions, which then determine behaviours.
