Module 1 - Attack Anxiety, Defeat Depression

This introductory module explores the intricate connections between anxiety, depression, personal values, and the impact of living in the present moment.

  • The Link Between Anxiety and Depression – here you will gain a deep understanding of anxiety and depression, including their definitions, symptoms, their relation to time and how they often coexist.
  • Anxiety, Depression, Values and The Future – you will explore the connection between your values and mental well-being, in particular how placing value on external factors can contribute to anxiety and depression.
  • Right Here, Right now – Your Present – you will be introduced to the concept of mindfulness to discover how living in the present moment can create self-awareness to manage your overall mental and emotional health.


This module will help you to harness the transformative power of mindfulness so you can become more self-aware and feel more in control of your body, mind and emotions.

Module 2 - Value: Your Worth

In this module, you will understand and identify your personal values to cultivate inner strength, resilience, self-confidence and improve overall well-being.

Anxiety, Mental Health, and Intrinsic Values – you will be able to create more peace and calm in your life by learning a how to to shift your focus from extrinsic values, external validation and rewards, to intrinsic ones.

A Value-driven Life – this section teaches you how to practically implement your values to motivate and direct your decisions, actions, attitudes, and behaviours.

Putting Values into Practice – you will get insights in to how your values can be implemented in to your day-to-day life.



After this module, you will know what your top five values are and more importantly learn how to use them to navigate the challenges you face mentally emotionally, physically and in your relationships – both personal and professional. These exercises can also be shared with others around you to gain valuable insights in to how your values can compliment those of others.

Module 3 - Sabotaging Self Talk

The focus of this module is to make you aware of what negative self-talk is and how it causes anxiety, depression, and other states that prevent you from moving forward in life. You will also explore ways to negate this.

  • The Inner Bad Guys – you will recognise the different “characters” that stop you from living a life of joy and purpose by feeding fear, self-criticism, judgement etc.
  • Minimising Negative Self-Talk – here you will learn the importance of positive self-talk and practical strategies to reframe negative self-talk.


By the end of this module you will have the power to silence your inner saboteurs, recognise the voices that feed anxiety and depression, and reshape your self-talk into a force of positivity and personal growth.

Module 4 - Positive Mindsets

In this module, you will discover the path to freedom from anxiety and depression by learning how to cultivate a powerful positive mindset.

  • Fixed Mindset vs Growth Mindset – this section studies how a fixed mindset limits you, by aggravating anxiety, stress, and depression. You will discover how a growth mindset creates possibilities and unlocks potential.
  • Importance of Having a Positive Mindset – this is where you consider the crucial role your brain plays in shaping your mental landscape by using the placebo effect as an example.
  • How to Create A Positive Mindset – here you will be equipped with practical techniques and strategies that can be implemented into your life to create more positivity.


This module will help you to manage anxiety, depression, and stress by steering your mindset away from negativity and limiting beliefs towards positivity, not just benefitting you, but those around you too.

Module 5 - Managing Emotions

In Managing Emotions, we will learn about exactly that! You will cultivate more awareness regarding your emotions, by understanding that they are transient – they change – and they do not define who you are.

  • Emotional Awareness – here you will get to dissect emotions, examine how they are neither positive nor negative and the implications that blocked emotions can have on your well-being.
  • Flipping Emotions – this section looks at the seven universal emotions and uses these examples to consider the flip side of them.


Once you have completed this module you will be equipped with some effective tools to manage your emotional outbursts and habitual reactions. This can improve the relationships with those around you. By understanding emotions – fear in particular – you can master anxiety, stress, and depression.

Module 6 - Self Care

This final module ties everything together by looking at ways in which you can manage anxiety and depression and preserve your overall well-being by prioritising your needs. This will be explored from the angles of healthy boundary setting and forgiveness.

  • Setting healthy boundaries – in the first section of this module, you will acquire skills to set boundaries with yourself and others and moreover understand the importance of this. You will also learn different ways to say “no” to preserve your mental, emotional, physical, and social health.
  • Forgiveness – here you will de-mystify the concept of forgiveness and determine how it can positively affect your mental health. You will identify some of the hindrances to forgiveness and how this can accentuate anxiety and depression.


This final part of the course, will empower you to safeguard your mental, emotional, and physical well-being by mastering the art of setting healthy boundaries and harnessing the transformative power of forgiveness.

Her work has always been grounded in the fundamental belief that true well-being stems from balancing and integrating all aspects of oneself: mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. teachings are inspired and driven by her own life experiences and help passion for people.

With 30 years of experience in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cultivating Mental and Emotional Balance (CEMB) and many modalities of Yoga and Breathwork, Mindy maintains that self-awareness and self-acceptance are the keys to living a fulfilled and happy life.
