Mindfulness Programmes
At Wellness For Life, “Mindfulness” put simply is “Awareness”. We can stay present in every moment, observing our thoughts, emotions and sensations objectively, without judging them or becoming overwhelmed by them.
Being present means that our minds do not reside in the past, mulling over regret and sadness. Neither do they jump forward to an unknown future, which evokes fear, stress and anxiety. Our mindfulness programmes have been devised by experienced practitioners and have proven to be a big hit during this global pandemic.
