PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you visit or use the website or use our services, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, including your full name, phone number and email address. We may also collect information about how you use this Site including your searches, the properties and pages you look at, the advertisers or partners you contact and the contents of the emails you send to them. Finally, we may also collect your personal data through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Collectively, we refer to this as “Your Information”.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- We will use your personal contact details to respond to any queries you have made using our online forms or by contacting us by other means such as telephone.
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests. However, we will never sell your information to a third party for them to use for their own purposes. We may disclose personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
When someone visits www.wellnessfor-life.com , we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Through Google analytics, our servers automatically record ‘log files’ containing information about the volume and characteristics of our Site traffic e.g. IP address, numbers of pages viewed, length of time spent on Site. We use log files to build pictures of how our Site is used that help us to monitor and improve the service. We cannot identify you from your log files.
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party CRM provider, Bitrix24 to send out all our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our promotional emails/e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Sanjit Dhanjal.
We follow strict security procedures to ensure that your personal information is not damaged, destroyed, or disclosed to a third party without your permission (unless they are providing services as outlined in the ‘who has access to Your Information’ section above) and to prevent un-authorised access to it. The computers that store the information are kept in a secure facility with restricted physical access and we use secure firewalls and other measures to restrict electronic access. If we are working with third parties we will require them to have in place similar measures to protect Your Information.
All of the information we collect or record is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. We will explicitly ask you when we need information to identify you. We may require you to co-operate with our security checks before we disclose information to you. Your Information will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
We will retain Your Information for a reasonable period or for as long as is required by law.

You have the right to opt out of any marketing communication that we may send you.
If you wish to make any changes, please email your request to our data protection officer Sanjit Dhanjal at email@example.com
