How we do it?
Our comprehensive wellness, resilience and mindfulness programmes focus on five main principles, which we call “The five A’s”:
Acceptance – being present to face situations as they arise, for effective self–management within them.
Attitude – understanding the brain, thought processes and reactions to be able to steer mindsets towards positive outcomes.
Awareness – recognising, identifying and managing emotions to respond rather than react, to challenging circumstances.
Assessment – being objective about thoughts and emotions to make unbiased choices and decisions.
Assurance – creating a strong sense of identity to navigate times of change and uncertainty with confidence.
Our Approach
Effective courses rely on a model of continuous improvement. Our four step approach guarantees effectiveness
01. Analyse
Analyse and discuss the current situation with insight survey for employees and management to complete.
02. Design
Based on the results of the analysis phase, design a bespoke solution that achieves your objectives.
03. Deliver
Deliver the programme to employees and management either in person or remotely.
04. Evaluate
Continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme fine tuning where necessary.
